Watch my SCV creations in action “Soul Calibur V – Ichigo Kurosaki Vs Hollow Ichigo” on YouTube

I’m quite proud of these actually, tried to make them as accurate as possible!

I just love game with a create-a-character function, it really makes one’s imagination fly and get some inspiration going in your mind, this on in Soul Calibur V, one night I decided to make some cameo characters and what came to mind I thought I’d never actually try to make in a game

It all started off with just the base model of a male character and one thing let to another, I ended up with making Ichigo Kurosaki from the anime, Bleach, after making him, I then decided to edit him and add the broken Hollow mask on and changed his eye colour to that of the Hollow and I was very pleased with what I made!

Later I copied him to another empty slot and decided to make the Hollow Ichigo and that was pretty simple enough and changed his weapon style which worked out well, below will be the very first time I put these two together in SCV and fought against each other, pretty good action in this video! The History of Lu Bu’s Theme Song

February 4, 2011 3 comments

For 10 years now, Lu Bu has dominated the world of Dynasty Warriors, considered as the mightiest warrior of the Three Kindgoms era. He talks tough and he is, of course, as hard as nails, although he sort of degraded as he went through the series, but this is about his signature theme song that most of us remember through the DW series.

A badass warrior can’t be really badass without a kick arse theme song and Lu Bu is no different, since Dynasty Warriors 2, we all now recognise his theme song and should decide if we stay and fight him or run like heck and try to get round him.

Technically he didn’t have a theme song from Dynasty Warriors 2 since it was actually the opening theme that started it but since then, it’s one of the most noticeable songs in DW history, starting from DW3, Lu Bu inherited the opening theme song into his own and thus started the Lu Bu theme song.

Here is the list of Lu Bu’s theme songs, which does include the new Dynasty Warriors 7 version that was released just recently!

Fallout New Vegas: Dead Money Trailer

December 16, 2010 Leave a comment

Bethesda, the company behind Elder Scrolls and Fallout, has released an exclusive trailer to the upcoming New Vegas DLC, Dead Money.  (You can see the trailer at the bottom of this post)

From what it sounds like, you and several other have been captured and been rigged with explosive collars (Pretty common in Fallout, must be some sort of fetish, haha! I’m joking), don’t do what this stranger says and it will be the end of you, do it right and he will let you go but there is a twist. A few others have become slaves also and the rules state that if one dies, all will die, so you have to try your best to keep your newly found friends alive while completing this slaver’s mission.

Sounds really fun! Can’t wait to purchase it myself, the DLC will be released globally on the 21st of December 2010 for Xbox 360 and early next year for PC and PS3. So for 360 owners of New Vegas, you could say this is Bethesda’s way of saying “Merry Christmas!” for you able to get the DLC first and before Xmas day too! What a great way to spend Xmas, playing Fallout New Vegas: Dead Money!

FotNS: Ken’s Rage Song Stealing?

November 26, 2010 5 comments

It came to my attention after listening to the Fist of the North Star: Ken’s Rage soundtrack, there is a song on that soundtrack called “A Death Warrant”, after listening to it a few times, I noticed it had a similar song to a band who made a song with a much similar beat to this, that song is Rose of Sharyn by Killswitch Engage, listen to both of the songs in the videos below and see if you can tell the difference in general.

Fist Of The North Star: Ken’s Rage (A Death Warrant)

Killswitch Engage (Rose Of Sharyn)

You can hear the similar tunes, it was probably an accident really, I wouldn’t call it stealing myself but at first it did make me wonder if it was inspired or just some random idea to make it.
